In the video, Camilla Palmer, lawyer at Leigh Day Solicitors, outlines women’s legal entitlements.

Rebecca Raven, mother and teacher, tells how her employer dismissed her a week after she informed them of her pregnancy. She took her case to the employment tribunal with the help of her union, ATL, and won.

Finally, Roz Hampson, Advice Worker at Maternity Action, explains what women can do to protect themselves against unfair treatment at work.
